On October 22, Tokyo Soir Co., Ltd. announced that its formalwear concept shop, form forma, will open a UNIMO Chiharadai store on Friday, November 6, 2026. The store will be on the first floor of UNIMO Chiharadai in Ichihara, Chiba Prefecture.
The new store, which carries women’s formalwear, will offer clothing and accessories for occasions ranging from preschool and school entrance ceremonies, preschool and school graduation ceremonies, Shichi-Go-San, coming-of-age ceremonies, and weddings to funerals and memorial services.
From dresses to bags in a sales area of approximately 42 tsubo
The sales area measures approximately 42 tsubo. According to the company, it will be the largest of all form forma stores. In addition to black formalwear, ceremony suits, and dresses, it will carry accessories and bags.
The spacious layout is designed to make access easier with a stroller. The company says it will create an environment that also makes it easier for shoppers visiting with small children to choose products.

Formalwear advisors will respond to questions such as “I don’t know what to wear” and “Is this outfit appropriate?” Drawing on their knowledge of formalwear and etiquette, they will suggest outfits suited to each occasion.
An opening celebration promotion will run from Friday, November 6 through Sunday, November 15. It is advertised as 10% off all products and up to 50% off opening celebration items, although some products, including sale items, are excluded.
