La Prairie moves to Hankyu Umeda’s 10th floor November 11, adding a treatment room

La Prairie will relocate and reopen its Hankyu Umeda counter on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, moving from the seventh floor to HANKYU BEAUTY MAISON on the 10th floor. The seventh-floor counter will operate through Tuesday, November 10.

A new counter for consultations and facial treatments

At the new counter, specialist staff will ask about customers’ skin condition and daily routine before suggesting skincare. A dedicated adjoining treatment room will offer facial treatments, which the brand says will provide an early opportunity to experience new products’ textures and how they feel when applied.

A 5 mL serum sample for the first 50 purchasing customers at the new counter

From opening day, November 11, the first 50 customers who purchase La Prairie products at the new counter will receive a 5 mL luxury sample of Swiss Pristine Serum. Limited to once per person, while supplies last. A minimum purchase amount was not stated in the announcement.
