A special workshop exploring colors for clothing and interiors will take place in Kyoto on Friday, November 20, 2026. It is organized by Kyoto Job Park Mothers Job Cafe and taught by Ayako Aoyagi, head of coloRing office.
The venue is Meeting Room 3-F on the third floor of Kyoto Keizai Center. The workshop is open to women interested in the theme, excluding students. Reservations are required, and participants must choose either the morning or afternoon course.

Morning Color Coordination for Clothing and Rooms, Afternoon Color Card Activities
The morning course, “Enjoying Clothing, Food, and Living Through Color,” runs from 10:00 to 11:30. Participants will learn about clothing color combinations and interior color schemes through hands-on activities. It will also introduce connections between seasons, physical and mental states, and food colors, as well as ways to use color to nurture children’s sensitivity.
The afternoon course, “Reading My Inner Self Through Color,” runs from 13:30 to 15:00. Through color psychology tests and color cards, participants will organize their characteristics, strengths, and differences in thinking and values. The instructor presents it as an opportunity to use color as a starting point for considering their own and others’ values.

35 Places per Course, with Free Childcare by Reservation in the Morning
Participation is free, with 35 places available for each course. Free childcare for children aged six months to preschool age is available only for the morning course. Childcare places are limited and require a separate reservation.
