Repilates, operated by Repilates Co., Ltd., is a women-only Pilates studio that uses specialized machines. Before its Nissei-chuo Sapie location opens, it will offer an opportunity to tour the facilities and try a group lesson.
A One-Hour Machine Pilates Trial Open to Beginners
The free trial sessions include an introduction to machine Pilates, a posture assessment, and a group lesson using the machines. People with no previous Pilates experience can also take part, and the session lasts about one hour. Participants can get a feel for the studio and lessons before joining.
Focusing on concerns about posture, the company incorporates a lesson program supervised by a physical therapist. It says the program provides an opportunity to become more aware of how you move your body and your everyday posture.

Everyone who participates in a trial lesson will receive a pair of Pilates socks. Wear clothes that are easy to move in and bring water and a towel for wiping away sweat. The studio's official information states that trial lessons are for first-time users and are limited to one per person.
