Amorepacific Japan Co., Ltd. announced two innisfree hydrogel masks on October 29, incorporating key beauty ingredients from the brand’s skincare lines. The new gel masks come in upper and lower sections that fit closely to the face for an extended skincare session.
Retinol PDRN for firmness and glow care
Retinol PDRN Advanced Hydrogel Mask uses hydrogel that holds serum ingredients. Its micro-embossed texture is designed to fit the contours of the face and resist slipping.
It contains retinol, hydroxypinacolone retinoate, and kojyl methylenedioxycinnamate as skin-conditioning ingredients. It also contains moisturizing Green Tea PDRN™ (Lactobacillus ferment lysate), which the company says helps moisturize and firm the skin.
Green Tea Ceramide Milk for days when dryness is a concern
Green Tea Ceramide Milk Hydrogel Mask incorporates key beauty ingredients from the brand’s milky toner, Green Tea Ceramide Milk Essence Toner. Its sheetless hydrogel, made by solidifying beauty ingredients, supplies moisture to skin concerned about dryness.
The moisturizing ingredients combine Super Green Tea™ (Camellia sinensis leaf extract and seed oil), Green Tea Ceramide (ceramide NP), and hyaluronic acid.
Both stay on for 30–60 minutes, with different changes in transparency
After cleansing and applying toner, remove the protective film and fit the mask closely to the face. Both masks are removed after 30–60 minutes.
- Retinol PDRN: The mask does not become transparent during use.
- Green Tea Ceramide Milk: The mask becomes transparent during use.
Both have undergone skin irritation testing and dermatological testing. This does not mean that irritation will not occur in every person. Retinol PDRN has received vegan certification from the Korea Agency of Vegan Certification and Services.
