Inspired by users asking for a little more coverage, skim is adding a new option to its Lupo cushion range. Lupo High Cover Cushion Foundation launches online first on Friday, November 20. It was developed to cover spots, uneven tone, and visible pores through makeup while aiming to minimize a heavy-looking finish.
A new option with increased coverage and natural radiance
While the existing Lupo Cushion Foundation features a thin, close-fitting layer and natural radiance, the new product is designed for greater coverage. It aims to create a natural, semi-dewy finish.
The expanded range offers another basis for choosing: a skin-like look or more coverage where needed. The shade is 21 Natural, and the labeled UV protection is SPF50／PA+++.
A formula combining moisturizing and skin-conditioning ingredients
The formula contains 2% of a blended ingredient that includes rice-derived PDRN (sodium DNA, a moisturizing ingredient). The 2% refers to the entire blend of water, sodium DNA, 1,2-hexanediol, and sodium phytate.
It also contains hydrolyzed sponge as a skin-conditioning ingredient, and ceramide NP and niacinamide as moisturizing ingredients. Making spots and pores look less noticeable is a makeup effect.
The formula is made without parabens, surfactants, alcohol, synthetic fragrance, or synthetic colorants, and is designed to wash off with soap.
