Do you prioritize the features of a dryer for home use, or a size that is easy to take on trips? Koizumi’s MONSTER introduces Premium MONSTER KHD-M905 and Nano MONSTER KHD-M705. They go on sale at electronics retailers across Japan on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, a national holiday.
Temperature control and twin fans
Premium MONSTER KHD-M905 combines two fans with a brushless DC motor. It has a temperature sensor and is designed to control the air temperature. There are five airflow settings, along with a scalp mode for drying the scalp.
Available in black and gold. It may be an option for those choosing a dryer for everyday use with attention to airflow adjustment and temperature-management features.
Nano, designed with portability in mind
Nano MONSTER KHD-M705 is a compact, palm-sized model. It comes in Shabby Pink and Azure Blue. Its body size can be a consideration when choosing a dryer to take on vacations or business trips.
There are three airflow levels: HIGH, MID and LOW. Its modes are HOT, COOL, SCALP and AUTO; AUTO switches between warm and cool air. It also has a magnetic nozzle and a removable air-intake cover.
Where to buy and everyday maintenance
Available at electronics retailers across Japan from November 3. Check the instruction manual for the model you purchase before switching airflow or modes or handling the nozzle. Before cleaning the air intake, confirm which parts can be removed and which tools can be used for that particular model.
