On Friday, September 11, 2026, NARS will release its new mascara, the "NARS Notorious Mascara." The product aims to give lashes striking dimension and create a gaze that draws the eye.
According to NARS, the "NARS Notorious Mascara" uses a uniquely shaped brush that firmly catches every lash from the root, including the delicate lashes at the inner corner and lashes of different lengths. The company explains that this creates beautifully separated lashes without clumping.
It is also announced that the 3D Film-Flex coats the lashes and locks them in an upward curl. A single stroke delivers a beautiful lift, length and dense volume, and the finish stays beautiful for a long time.
NARS highlights that the long-lasting formula resists sweat and humidity, yet comes off easily with lukewarm water and facial cleanser. The mascara also has 16-hour wear test data, which verified the beautiful finish and the absence of smudging and fading.
It also contains argan oil, a moisturizing ingredient, and aims to moisturize and protect the lashes while you wear makeup.
