This year's theme is "NEW WAVE BEAUTY." The beauty items of the first half of 2026 were selected based on a combination of purchase results, a public vote and a review by beauty experts.

For the "Qoo10 MEGA BEAUTY AWARDS 2026 First Half," all 50 items were decided from purchase results on Qoo10 between December 10, 2025 and June 11, 2026, a public vote with a total of 241,234 votes from 196,420 participants, and an online review by five beauty experts: 5 Grand Prize items, 35 Category Prize items and 10 Special Prize items.

To keep up with changing trends, Qoo10 has changed the format of the awards from 2026: they are held twice a year, with separate first-half and full-year awards.
