SINN PURETÉ will launch the "Nail Oil and Fragrance Coat," fingertip-specific fragrances supervised by nail artist Naoko Takano, for general sale on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
These new nail care products combine SINN PURETÉ's scent design with Naoko Takano's supervision of function, feel and finish. They were released early at nail salons and hair salons and have been well received.
The "Still I Glow" series: layering scents on your fingertips
SINN PURETÉ offers a "Nail Oil" and a "Fragrance Coat" that suggest an experience of caring for your fingertips after a treatment and enjoying the lingering scent. They feature a beauty ingredient design inspired by skincare and a perfume-quality fragrance.
The products use a formula that is free of three things: toluene, dibutyl phthalate and mineral oil.
Still I Glow Nail Oil
"SINN PURETÉ / Still I Glow Nail Oil" (3 types, 6.5 mL each, ¥2,200 tax included) is a high-penetration fragrance nail oil for fingertip concerns such as dryness, hangnails, split nails and thin nails.
The company explains that a perfume-like scent rises from the fingertips and that the oil absorbs into the skin at a speed you would not expect from an oil. It is intended to soften the cuticle area and aim for healthy fingertips.

Comments from nail artist Naoko Takano, the supervisor
Nail artist Naoko Takano commented on the nail oil, saying, "It feels like it absorbs quickly like a serum and then protects with a film." She says that with continued use she can feel the cuticle area becoming conditioned and hangnails becoming less likely.
About the top coat, she says it is a product with a new sensation, "a fragrance film that wraps you in scent." It contains ingredients that condition nails from within and keep them strong and healthy, and she also cites that it goes on thinly and dries in 30 seconds, making it easy to use every day.
Naoko Takano is active in a wide range of roles, serving as head of the nail salon "Neidine Nails" and the "TNC Nail School" and as creative director of the gel nail brand "T-GEL COLLECTION."
