The fragrance brand Aíam will open "Aíam Sapporo Stellar Place," its first directly operated store in Hokkaido, on Friday, September 4, 2026. Located on the Center B1 floor of JR Tower Sapporo Stellar Place, the new store features a design that reflects Hokkaido's clear air and scenes of ice.
Since the brand's launch in 2020, Aíam has opened directly operated stores across Japan. With the opening of Sapporo Stellar Place, the brand will have 14 stores nationwide. The company plans to have 20 stores in Japan by 2028 and is expanding its stores with further growth of the brand in view.
Store design inspired by the nature of Hokkaido
The store design of "Aíam Sapporo Stellar Place" was inspired by the transparency and stillness of ice nurtured by Hokkaido's nature, and its clear, crisp air.
By layering pale blues of different shades and textures in a white-based space, the design expresses the clear air and the play of light spreading over a snowy landscape. While evoking a sense of coolness, it keeps the softness and breathing room characteristic of Aíam, built on bright white, creating a space where you can comfortably engage with fragrance.
