LA CARPE Co., Ltd., a PR agency in the beauty and wellness field, has announced that it will hold the "LA CARPE Joint Exhibition 2026" over two days, Wednesday, October 7 and Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Salon de LA CARPE in Omotesando.
Running since 2018, the exhibition reaches its 12th edition this year. Centered on deep dialogue between brands and media, it plans to further expand the space for "co-creative beauty" this year by also inviting general consumers with a keen sense for beauty.
It will be held in a hybrid format combining online presentations with in-person exhibits at the venue.

Promoting dialogue among brands, media, and consumers around "co-creative beauty"
According to the company, the exhibition started in 2018 out of a desire to "create a place where brands and media can talk with each other more deeply."
It was a pioneer in the beauty industry in adopting the format of a "joint PR exhibition" where multiple brands and media gather under one roof, giving brands a chance to convey their thoughts and philosophy directly.
This year, it will newly invite members of "LA CARPE Friends," a membership community run by the company. It will evolve into a place for "co-creative beauty," where brands, media, and consumers meet, connect, and nurture new value.
The company's representative, Miho Arai, explains that she launched the joint exhibition to address brands' challenges, such as "a good product but no opportunity to tell people about it" and "not being able to devote enough staff or budget to PR."

Main contents of the "LA CARPE Joint Exhibition 2026"
This exhibition is a small-scale PR event that connects brands with media and KOLs (key opinion leaders) and creates new points of contact.
At the venue, brand representatives will have opportunities to convey their thoughts and the appeal of their products directly through customer service, touch-ups, and product experiences at exhibition booths.
By combining online and offline presentations, brands can carefully communicate their worldview and stories.

Based on past results, around 100 visitors are expected, including editors of beauty magazines, women's magazines, and web media, beauty writers, beauty experts, hair and makeup artists, and influencers.
Through direct communication, it creates opportunities to build new relationships that lead to later coverage, interviews, caravans, and more.
The company explains that a major feature of this exhibition is that, in a single day, it can deliver exhibits that convey a brand's worldview directly, dialogue with media, and points of contact with consumers.

New program "LA CARPE Friends invitation" also gathers the voices of general consumers
This year's joint exhibition will run a new program that invites five members of "LA CARPE Friends."
It creates an opportunity for consumers with a keen sense for beauty to experience products at each brand's booth and encounter real reactions and honest opinions through customer service.
In addition, each participating brand can invite up to five of its customers. This can be used as an opportunity to introduce new products to loyal users and interact with them directly, building deeper connections.
"LA CARPE Friends" is an invitation-only community for general consumers with a strong interest in and willingness to invest in beauty and wellness, and it currently has about 2,000 members. Centered on women in their 30s and 40s, it gathers people who are eager to discover new brands and beauty experiences.
According to the company, among LA CARPE Friends members, about 35% spend ¥5,000 to ¥10,000 per month on cosmetics, and about 30% spend ¥10,000 to ¥20,000. Even compared with the annual cosmetics spending of women aged 18 to 69 nationwide, this is analyzed as a group with a very high willingness to invest in beauty. Recruiting exhibiting brands and special optional services
For the "LA CARPE Joint Exhibition 2026," the final recruitment of exhibiting brands is now underway.
As an exhibition that promotes sustainable and clean beauty and lifestyle, the event expects industry professionals, media, influencers, and invitation-only general consumers with a keen sense for beauty to attend.
It says that, as a place of real contact where brands can convey their worldview and initiatives directly, it will help create opportunities to build relationships with media.
Special optional services that can be used even after the exhibition are also available exclusively to participating brands. Normally, one-off requests from brands other than annual-contract brands are not accepted, but they are offered one time only to brands participating in the joint exhibition.
The optional services include a follow-up caravan, a brand focus caravan, PR counseling by Miho Arai, and gifting to beauty sages.
