"Nature Conc," a keratin-care brand run by Naris Cosmetics Co., Ltd., will release "Nature Conc Medicated Foot Care Lotion PE" (quasi-drug; product name: Medicated Lotion S 14 a) in limited quantities at Don Quijote, a nationwide discount store chain. It adds a peach scent to the heel-care quasi-drug "Medicated Foot Care Lotion," on sale since 2020. The company announced it on October 5.
It goes on sale from Friday, October 9, 2026, excluding some stores. Because this is the manufacturer's shipping date, the date it reaches each shelf differs by store. The content is 40 mL, and the price is open pricing, with a reference price of ¥880 (excluding tax) or ¥968 (tax included).
A foot care lotion born from research on the stratum corneum for wipe-off toners
The company says it has continued researching the stratum corneum for about 90 years since it launched a wipe-off toner in 1937. It says its heel-care items, for the part of the body with the thickest stratum corneum, also came out of this research, and after launching in 1995 under the body care brand "Miwaku Full," it has developed many lotion-type heel-care items.
According to the company, all of its wipe-off toners are developed to gently remove dead skin cells, and the foot care lotion was developed with the same idea. It also states that it has ranked first in company sales share of wipe-off toners in Japan for 11 years since 2015 (survey by TPC Marketing Research Co., Ltd.; survey period April 2015 to March 2026; survey date April 2026).
Sales of the existing product grew a large 500%, and a peach scent is added
"Nature Conc" debuted in July 2013 and is a skincare brand whose cumulative sales passed 10 million bottles in December 2025. Its flagship item is the wipe-off toner "Medicated Clear Lotion." The company explains that "Medicated Foot Care Lotion" (product name: Medicated Lotion S 15 a) was the least recognized of the brand's five items.
Unit sales in 2025 (January to December) grew a large 500% compared with 2024 (January to December), and the company says inbound demand had a big influence. By adding an item with a peach scent, it says it wants to offer comfortable keratin care not only for the face but also for the body.
A quasi-drug containing urea and dipotassium glycyrrhizate
"Nature Conc Medicated Foot Care Lotion PE" is a quasi-drug that promotes a dual approach of "keratin care" and "moisturizing" for hardened, rough heels. The company says urea (a moisture-retaining active ingredient) and dipotassium glycyrrhizate (an anti-inflammatory active ingredient) gradually penetrate the keratin of the heels and help prevent cracking. It also contains Job's tears (coix seed) extract, a keratin-care ingredient derived from Job's tears (a moisturizing ingredient).
Moisturizing ingredients include the plant-based soapwort extract, evening primrose oil, saxifrage extract, peach kernel extract, grape leaf extract and peach leaf extract, as well as hyaluronic acid and placenta extract. It is a lotion type with a non-sticky feel, and the container has a sponge so your hands stay clean. The scent is a fruity peach mix, and it is described as free of mineral oil, free of colorants and free of tar-based dyes.
