"Off & Relax," a hair care brand run by O&R Co., Ltd., will hold its first pop-up store, "Off & Relax - Off and Glow - @cosme TOKYO POP-UP STORE," in the pop-up space on the 1st floor of @cosme TOKYO for seven days from Wednesday, October 21 to Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
Together with WONBIN of RIIZE, the brand's first ambassador, the space introduces the world of "star-quality glossy, water-light hair" that the company proposes.
Presentation featuring WONBIN's visuals, and limited-edition gifts
At the venue, you can pick up and look at Off & Relax items and new products. In addition to displays of hair care items, there will be photo spots featuring WONBIN's visuals and more.
Pop-up store-exclusive gifts are also prepared for those who visit with a reservation and those who make a purchase. The limited set, the reservation visit gift, the purchase gift and the capsule lottery are all limited in quantity and end once the planned number is reached.
Entry by advance reservation on LINE, first come, first served; entry methods differ by day
Entry is by numbered ticket, applied for through the Off & Relax LINE official account. Reservations are accepted from 12:00 on Monday, October 5, 2026 to 20:30 on Tuesday, October 27, and each time slot closes when it reaches capacity. A ticket is valid only for the date and time specified, and only the person who obtained it can enter.
On Wednesday, October 21, Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24, entry is by reservation only all day. On Thursday, October 22, Sunday, October 25, Monday, October 26 and Tuesday, October 27, entry is by reservation only from 11:00 to 18:00, and free entry from 18:00 to 21:00. Even during free-entry hours, entry may be restricted depending on how crowded it is.
Same-day reservation slots are scheduled to open at 0:00 each day of the event. Depending on crowding and operations, they may not open, and the number of slots and opening times may change. If you make a reservation and then neither visit nor cancel before the time passes, you will not be able to make a second reservation. At the reception, staff scan the QR code displayed on LINE, so a screenshot will not get you in.
