TOM FORD BEAUTY will release the RUNWAY Eye Color Stylo Shimmer, which can be used both as an eyeliner and as a cream eyeshadow. The company announced it on October 7. It comes in 10 shades in total, from 101 to 110, all shimmer colors.
Sales begin with advance releases. On October 7, 2026 (Wednesday), 8 shades go on advance sale at the Hankyu Umeda Main Store Outpost, and on October 8 (Thursday), advance pre-orders open at Rakuten, @cosme and ZOZOTOWN. On October 20 (Tuesday), advance sale begins at Rakuten.
A 2-way eyeliner and cream eyeshadow with pearl pigments
According to the company, the formula is "dual use," working as both an eyeliner and a cream eyeshadow. One stroke draws an eyeline, and it can also be applied over the whole lid. Blended out, it gives a jewel-like sparkle, and it can also be used together with eyeshadow, the company says.
The creamy gel texture contains pearl pigments that reflect light from many angles. The company says it adds depth and dimension to the eyes. Its listed features include high color payoff in one stroke, a light feel, and a formula that lasts for hours and resists creasing and color transfer.
10 shades from 101 to 110, from gold to silver
The company describes each shade as follows.

- 102 Antique Blush: a satin-like pink shimmer that reflects the refined allure of old Hollywood
- 103 Rose Applique: an iridescent rose gold shimmer that expresses multifaceted femininity
- 104 Gold Dust: a rich gold shimmer that holds the luxurious glow of gold
- 105 Olive Haze: a golden green shimmer that adds glamour to an earthy olive tone
- 106 Violet Drape: a twilight purple shimmer wrapped in the colors of a dreamy dusk
- 107 Burnished Bronze: a neutral medium brown shimmer that enhances the beauty of any eyes
- 108 Burnt Copper: a red bronze shimmer that creates a heated, metallic impression
- 109 Smoke Mirage: a smoky gray shimmer said to have a finish like classic foil
- 110 Diamond Filigree: a brilliant silver shimmer with a bold, striking presence
