"OSAJI," run by OSAJI Co., Ltd., announced the release of its "Yuzu" series on October 7. The release date is Wednesday, December 2, 2026, in limited quantities.
The lineup has 5 items in all: a body soap, a body milk, a hand cream, a facial cleansing soap and a bath ball. Prices range from ¥1,650 to ¥3,740 (tax included), and all are limited-quantity items.
Inspired by the Winter Solstice Yuzu Bath: A Scent of Yuzu and Orange with Rosemary
The inspiration for the series is the custom of the winter solstice yuzu bath, which has continued since the Edo period. The company says it proposes the long-standing wisdom of the yuzu bath as self-care that can be brought into modern daily life.
The scent blends fresh yuzu and orange with rosemary. According to the company, it focused on a rich scent development so that the natural fresh aroma of yuzu can be enjoyed. It explains that it kept in mind a feel that can be used every day, from bath time through the body care that follows.
From Body Soap to Bath Ball: 5 Items Containing Yuzu Ceramide
The 4 items other than the bath ball contain "Yuzu Ceramide" (yuzu fruit extract, a moisturizing ingredient) as the concept ingredient. The company explains that they are designed to moisturize and condition the skin in the season when dryness is a concern.
"OSAJI Moisture Body Soap Yuzu" (250 mL) is a body soap based on amino acid-type cleansing ingredients (sodium lauroyl methylalanine). It also contains adsorptive hyaluronic acid (hydroxypropyltrimonium hyaluronate) and a highly moisturizing ingredient (polyquaternium-51).
"OSAJI Smooth Body Milk Yuzu" (250 g) is a body milk with a texture that blends quickly into the skin without stickiness. It contains far-infrared powder (synthetic fluorphlogopite, titanium dioxide, silica) and shea butter (emollient ingredient), and the company describes a feel of warmth that gently wraps the skin.
"OSAJI Melt Hand Cream Yuzu" (50 g) is a hand cream with a melting, rich texture. In addition to far-infrared powder, it contains the emollient ingredient tri(caprylic/capric acid) glyceryl.
"OSAJI Raw Soap Yuzu N" (100 g) is a semi-kneaded facial cleansing soap. It contains the moisturizing ingredient glycerin and is said to prevent a tight feeling after washing. Its jam-jar-like packaging is the company's signature item.
"OSAJI Healing Bath Ball Yuzu" (1 piece) is a carbonated bath ball with sodium bicarbonate (base). It contains the coral-derived natural mineral coralite (calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, both moisturizing ingredients), and each piece uses peel oil from about 10 domestic yuzu (the company's own survey).
