Saishunkan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which makes drugs, quasi-drugs and cosmetics as a "Kampo (traditional herbal medicine) pharmaceutical company," began offering products and services under its new brand "DomoPlus" in October 2026. The brand applies the skincare knowledge built up with Domohorn Wrinkle to care for the whole body.
The first product, Neck & Décolleté Cream, went on sale on Thursday, October 1. It comes in 50g and is priced at ¥7,700 (tax included).

The concept of "DomoPlus" is "the comfort you feel on your skin, for your whole body." According to the company, it plans to roll out body parts care products in stages, covering not only the face but also body care and hair care. The company has declared a "Positive Age Company" vision toward its 100th anniversary in 2032, and the new brand is positioned as part of the expansion of its business areas.
Going forward, the company plans to offer products that can care for not only the face but also the neck, hair and the whole body, as well as products you can keep using at your own pace without worrying about how many points you have left. It is also developing items in entirely new areas.
Neck & Décolleté Cream Moves from a Point-Exchange Item to a New Formula with a Renewed Container
Neck & Décolleté Cream is an item for caring for the neck and décolleté that was previously available only as a "point-exchange item," obtained with points awarded according to purchase amount. This time it has been renewed, including the container and outer packaging, and released as a new formula. The company says the feel of use remains as before, with a formula that incorporates the latest ingredients.
The company describes it as a cream that reaches the stratum corneum of the neck area to provide moisture, firmness and elasticity. It applies the cutting-edge science thinking (*1) at the core of Domohorn Wrinkle, and newly contains an original, in-house developed ingredient.
To use, spread an appropriate amount over your fingertips and smooth it onto the neck with upward strokes from the bottom. It can be used at any time of day, such as in the morning before makeup or before bed.
Two Light-Reflecting Technologies and a Scent of Three Natural Essential Oils
The feature the company highlights is its "soft-focus technology" (*2), which reflects light beautifully. The company explains that the spherical skin-conditioning ingredient "Illuminate Powder" (*3) settles into uneven areas of the skin texture, such as fine lines, to smooth the entire neck. The other technology is that quinoa seed extract (*4) forms a film-like "adhesive veil" on the skin surface.
For fragrance, it uses three natural essential oils: ylang-ylang flower oil, rose geranium oil and lavender oil (purpose of inclusion: all are moisturizing oils). The finish is not sticky and has a light texture.
