Wilmina Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) has been selling "Bellecio Reset Cleansing Oil" from its brightening series "Bellecio" since Thursday, October 8, 2026. It will be carried in turn at the Kagayaku Cosme official store and at consumer cooperatives.
The size is 300mL, and the reference price at the official online store is ¥2,530 (tax included). It is a rinse-off type that requires no double cleansing, and it can be used with wet hands and a wet face.
A cleansing oil developed to remove even sunscreen without rubbing
The company explains that as UV protection has become stronger in recent years, sunscreen has become harder to remove. In brightening care, it says it is important to remove not only makeup and clogged pores but also "invisible sunscreen" completely, without scrubbing.
This product was developed with that in mind, aiming to balance a "mild finish" with "reliable cleansing power." Its three goals were to remove stubborn makeup and even waterproof sunscreen without rubbing, to prevent a tight feeling after washing, and to prepare a base that lets the next skincare product penetrate (*1) smoothly.
Contains five plant oils including olive fruit oil, with a citrus scent
The five plant oils it contains are olive fruit oil, avocado oil, squalane, sunflower seed oil and macadamia seed oil, all of which are moisturizing ingredients. The company says the light oil blends with makeup and sunscreen and removes them completely with a “rub-free, smooth” feel.
The scent is citrus, and it is colorant-free and alcohol-free.
The 300mL size lasts about five months at two pumps per use
The 300mL size is said to last about five months (*2) at two pumps per use. It is positioned as a large size meant for everyday use.
