On October 9, Columbia Sportswear Japan Co., Ltd. announced "Daystorm Chukka," a new collaboration between "SOREL" and "Aries." In Japan, it has been on sale on the SOREL official website since 11:00 the same day.
Building the Daystorm with different leather textures
This is the second collaboration between the two brands. The base Daystorm is a line inspired by SOREL's "CARIBOU" boot and designed for everyday city life.
The upper is made of full-grain leather, with textured, long-napped leather placed on the vamp and tongue. Natural shearling trims the collar. Combining smooth and napped parts, the design makes the difference in materials visible.
Two colors, Black and Tobacco, with no half sizes
It comes in two colors: "010 Black Black" and "256 Tobacco Velvet Tan." The sizes sold on the official site are unisex 23.0-29.0cm, with no half sizes.
The lining is leather and the insole is a removable Ortholite. The outsole is an EX TREK EVO Vibram molded outsole, and the heel height is 40mm. The price is ¥55,000 (tax included).
