On October 9, Kintetsu Department Store Co., Ltd. announced the renovation plans for the children's clothing floor at Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store. Following Familiar on October 2, Miki House, Petit Bateau and Petit Main will reopen in turn.
Petit Main expands LIEN for women and its selection of goods
On November 20, Petit Main will move from the 8th floor of the Tower Building to the 8th floor of the Wing Building and enlarge its sales area. The renovation expands the range of "LIEN," a women's brand that lets parents and children coordinate matching looks. It will also add more goods selected as gifts.
The store is planned to be white-based with wood-grain fixtures, rounded fixtures and an open layout. It will let customers look at adult clothing and gifts together with children's clothes.
Petit Bateau with clothing up to adult sizes, and Miki House with an activity space
Petit Bateau will also enlarge its sales area on the 8th floor of the Tower Building on November 20. It will carry clothing from baby to adult sizes and add a permanent workshop space inside a tiled store. The schedule of individual workshops was not given in this announcement.
On October 17, Miki House moves from the Wing Building to the 8th floor of the Tower Building. MIKI HOUSE, GOLDLABEL, CHIECO SAKU, HOT BISCUITS and DOUBLE.B will each have their own zone in the store. A steam train that children can ride on and play on will also be installed.
The shoe area will bring together shoes from several brands, with more stools than before. Besides foot measuring by staff, a semi-private consultation space is planned.

As renovation commemorative gifts, a tote bag is offered to the first 50 customers who spend ¥16,500 or more (tax included) at Petit Bateau, and a scarf to those who spend ¥8,800 or more (tax included) at Petit Main. Miki House's gift applies from October 17 to November 1. Limited-quantity gifts end when they run out. Photos are images of the sales areas.
