On October 9, Gap Japan Co., Ltd. presented Banana Republic's "FALL 2026" collection. For women this autumn, the lineup includes wool-cotton sweaters and outerwear made with shearling.
A knit with texture from fringe and marled yarn
The "Marled Wool-Cotton Fringe Sweater" has a funnel neck with fringe on the sleeves. Made from a wool-cotton blend, it features the look of marled yarn, in which colors are mixed.
In the styling photos, a neck-covering shape is paired with roomy sleeves. It is a piece that draws the eye to its knit and the sleeve embellishment.
A reversible coat and a trench coat derived from the archive
The "Reversible Shearling Coat" uses vintage-style leather and natural shearling. It is reversible, so either side can be worn, and it is available only at the Toranomon Hills store and the official online store.
The "Archive Reissue Double-Face Cape-Back Trench Coat" takes inspiration from the brand's archive. While keeping details from the original, it uses a double-face wool-blend fabric and has been redesigned with layering in mind.
