Yomiuri Land Co., Ltd. announced on October 9 that a new attraction will be added from October 29 to "HANA Akari ~HANA BIYORI x Bamboo Lights~," now underway at the flower park HANA BIYORI. "Akari-Hana Gate" is joining the exhibit of lit bamboo objects.
The photo shows a past edition of "HANA Akari." With the new attraction added, the hours are 16:00 to 20:30, and operating days are announced on the facility's official website.
Six house-shaped bamboo lights near the flower water basin
The new spot "Akari-Hana Gate" is set up near the flower water basin. It features six house-shaped bamboo lights and objects modeled on flowers, with a panel decorated with flowers added in the center.
The image of "Akari-Hana Gate" is a rendering of the finished look. CHIKAKEN, which handles the decorations, is a unit that creates displays in which holes are drilled in bamboo and lights are set inside. It is producing the bamboo lights in the park again this time.
Walk past bamboo balls and flower-shaped pinwheels
In the park, the event includes "Hanaakari Path," which lights about 500 bamboo lights and the cultural property "Seimon Gate," and "Bamboo Ball Corridor," where bamboo balls are hung high near the entrance. It is designed to be enjoyed together with illuminated trees and flowers.
There are also "Bamboo Ball Pinwheel," which sets flower-shaped pinwheels inside bamboo balls, "Tohka Tairin," which represents a large bloom with several bamboo objects, and "Field of Light Flowers," modeled on flowers.
