"AWAJI HELLO KITTY APPLE LAND," operated by Pasona Furusato Incubation Inc., began selling three "Hello Kitty Mascot Headbands" at its official online shop at 11:00 on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
The original headbands previously sold at the facility can now be bought online as well. They come in three types, "Otohime," "Mermaid" and "Show Box," each priced at ¥2,970 (tax included).
Three types: Otohime, Mermaid and Show Box
The "Hello Kitty Mascot Headband" is a hair accessory decorated with a Hello Kitty mascot. The company highlights its fluffy, voluminous design.
There are two "HELLO KITTY SMILE" designs. "Otohime" combines pale pink and purple, while "Mermaid" uses pastel pink and light blue to express an undersea world.
"Show Box," from "HELLO KITTY SHOW BOX," is based on white and yellow. The official visuals show each headband being worn, as well as all three products.
The company suggests wearing different colors with a friend, or putting together twin-style outfits.
