Shiseido's proprietary "Serum First Technology" debuts in a cushion
This product adopts Shiseido's proprietary "Serum First Technology," which wraps the foundation ingredients in plenty of serum, for the first time in a cushion type (within Shiseido).
The company explains that, with this technology, the serum keeps touching the skin, so the glow and moisture last.
The serum contains several serum ingredients, including the newly adopted "Glutathione GL (*1)."
This is intended to deliver moisture to the pores and the stratum corneum and leave the skin with a refined texture and a translucent look.

Recommended way to use
Set it in the separately sold "MAQuillAGE Cushion Foundation Case WT" before use.
When using it for the first time, peel off the inner seal before setting it in the case.
Use it after preparing the skin with skincare.
Pressing the upper half of the dedicated puff lightly onto the cushion surface 2 to 3 times gives the right amount for half of the face.
After patting it on, centering on the high points of the cheeks, blend it in by gliding it smoothly over the face line, around the eyes, the forehead and so on.
If you want more coverage, pick up a small amount on the puff again and layer it by patting.
If too little is used, sufficient UV protection may not be obtained. Using it together with a makeup base that has UV protection is recommended.

To set it in the case, with the lid of the refill container closed, align the ▲ on the refill with the ■ on the case, insert it, and press down from above until you hear a click.
To replace it with a new refill, turn the case over with its lid open and the mirror side facing up, then press the ★ area on the back of the refill firmly to remove it.
When opening the lid, it is recommended to hold the knob. Take care, because the lid may come off if you open it by holding any part other than the knob.
