chotto Inc.’s new skincare brand solne will debut on Wednesday, November 11, 2026. The lineup comprises solne wash, a face wash, and solne mist, a multipurpose mist made with hot-spring water.
On October 30, the company shared preorder information ahead of the launch. The official online store has been accepting preorders for the solne Face Wash Set (wash + mist) since Wednesday, October 14.
A face wash that lathers on the face and a hot-spring-water mist
solne wash is a 100 g face wash used by lathering it on the face. solne mist is a 100 mL multipurpose mist made with hot-spring water. The set contains both products.
Spread the wash over the face without first lathering it in your hands. Once it softens with body heat, gradually add water or lukewarm water to form lather on the face. Rinse, towel off, then spray the mist from a short distance away. After the mist, follow with your usual toner, emulsion, cream, or other skincare.
The brand originated in memories of the comfortable feeling after bathing in a hot spring. The company says it developed the products to make cleansing and the spritz that follows a time to enjoy.
Alongside a one-time purchase, a buying option delivered after a LINE reply
Alongside a regular purchase, customers can choose Sorosoro solne. A LINE message arrives around the time the products are running out; replying “Yes, please” creates an order and payment. The price is ¥6,930 including tax, a 10% discount. This is not an automatic monthly delivery service: without a reply, there is no payment or shipment.
Preorders close Tuesday, November 10. At preorder, customers only register a payment method; billing and order confirmation take place on the launch date, Wednesday, November 11. Preorders can be canceled through My Page until Tuesday, November 10.
Preorders will ship in sequence from Wednesday, November 11. Shipping for the set is free, with delivery to the mailbox. Orders are limited to two sets at a time.
