On October 7, Omochabako Co., Ltd. announced that it will release, in limited quantities on Friday, October 23, 2026, the reissued "Protect Cream" and the newly launched-in-Japan "Mellow Cream" from the German organic skincare brand "Martina Organic Skincare."
Both are 15mL face creams. The Protect Cream is priced at ¥3,300 and the Mellow Cream at ¥3,520 (both tax included). The company positions them as special care that can be added to your usual skincare to suit the season and your skin condition.
The reissued Protect Cream is a rich formula with propolis and plant oils
"Martina Protect Cream" is a rich face cream containing propolis extract (a skin-conditioning ingredient) and moisturizing ingredients such as olive fruit oil, almond oil and shea butter. The company explains that, with a formula containing plant oils and beeswax, it envelops skin prone to dryness in moisture and protects it from external irritation.
The new Mellow Cream is for skin concerned about dryness and stickiness
"Martina Mellow Cream" is a face cream developed for skin that is prone to dryness yet also worries about stickiness, and tends to be unsettled. It contains plant ingredients, starting with lemon balm leaf extract (a moisturizing and skin-conditioning ingredient), along with witch hazel flower water and damask rose flower water.
The company says it is designed to give the skin fresh moisture, refine skin texture and keep it smooth and healthy. The refreshing scent of lemon balm is also a feature.
Usage is the same for both: apply an amount equal to about 1 to 3 pearls to the skin, adjusting the amount to suit the season and your skin condition. Both are certified by Demeter and IHTK.

Martina was born in Germany in 1986 from the founder Martina Gebhardt's wish to share with many people the "power of plants" she experienced in her childhood. In 2014, part of its operations moved to the historic Wessobrunn Abbey, founded in the 11th century, which it now uses as its office and manufacturing site.
