Sir Fit Co., Ltd. announced on October 9 a free trial of its "Autumn Night Sleep Stretch Class." It will be held three times, on Friday, October 16, Friday, October 23 and Friday, October 30, 2026, as an online class you join from home via smartphone or computer.

About 30 minutes of slow stretching and breathing exercises
Each session starts at 22:30 and is scheduled to last about 30 minutes. The program includes stretches for the rib cage and pelvis area, breathing exercises, and tips on preparing your environment for bedtime.
The class involves no intense movements or strength training, and is presented as a menu you can do even on a bed or futon. Unlike a studio you commute to during the day, this is an experience you take at night in your own home.
New participants tell the official LINE what they want to join
To join as a new participant, add the official account as a LINE friend from the official website and send the message "Sleep stretch class wanted." You will then be told the dates and times of the classes you can join.
The classes are open to both new trial participants and existing members, and the trial is free for everyone. Existing members do not need to apply for this trial. The sessions are not on consecutive days but on Fridays: October 16, 23 and 30.
